I was able to reserve 12 volunteer spots for Grassroots Tosa at the Greenfield Post Office located at 7353 W. Forest Home Ave. from 3-7pm. (the Wauwatosa and West Allis Post Office volunteer spots were already full)

Specifics: Volunteer for the 2009 Stamp Out Hunger food drive on Saturday, May 9 Volunteers will work at post offices to greet letter carriers when they arrive with their trucks full of food, unload food from trucks and then re-load food into Hunger Task Force vehicles for warehousing and delivery. The best part—your work will help feed Milwaukee’s hungry!
Due to safety reasons, we ask that children wishing to participate be 12 years or older. Every five youth ages 12-15 must be supervised by one adult supervisor. All volunteers must be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time, sort food and do light lifting. Volunteers are NOT required to attend orientation to assist with the Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive.
