Learn how Affordable Care Act (ACA) will:

  • Restructure our healthcare system
  • Provide reforms that will help small businesses and every family in our state
  • Lower healthcare costs
  • Expand access to affordable healthcare to thousands of uninsured people
  • Give tax credits to small businesses to reduce healthcare costs
  • Enroll uninsured individuals and small businesses

Learn “truth from fiction” about claims on ACA:

  • Claims that this legislation will be a “job-killer” or a burden for small business job creation
  • Claims that ACA is an excessive cost to taxpayers
  • Claims that ACA will not improve access and improve the quality of healthcare
